The printer of the Epson WP-4535 is working perfectly over a wired network but the scanner cant be found. Now you know how an experienced user I am and what keeps me awake at night. I’ve build a server and installed Freenas and I’m working with Linux Mint for 3 days. After spending a whole night, a few hours sleep and lots of coffee I decided to ask for help here. So printing and scanning have to work! Printing does work, but the scanning part brings me back nightmares. Windows will be there for some gaming and I want Linux Mint to be my primary workstation. After cleaning up the mess I reinstalled windows 10 and installed Linux Mint successfully. It was Windows that let me down and that is why I installed Linux Mint Cinnamon 64bit. Although I have to say that this Epson WP-4535 hasn't let me down on Windows. These nightmares were mainly related to Windows in recent years. Printers and Scanners are one of the things that can make me have nightmares at night.
